"Disappointing Experience at Addison Assisted Living - Room for Improvement"
We thought we were getting something good at the Addison off Fayetteville, but it turned out differently. My dad got into a fight with another person living there because nobody was keeping an eye on things. They need to do better.

"Unimpressed with The Addison of Fayetteville"
We checked out The Addison of Fayetteville, but it wasn't as nice as the other places we visited. The person in charge, rubbed me the wrong way. She kept telling me what to do, which felt really patronizing. That's why we decided not to go with The Addison.

"Not quite what we needed for our loved one's care."
We visited the place in person, and it seemed okay, but it wasn't what we needed for our family member.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living: Nice but Not Quite Right"
The community was pleasant, clean, and welcoming. However, it felt too much like a nursing home because the residents only had bedroom-style accommodations. Moving my dad from his house to such a small room would have been hard for him to adjust to at this stage. Harmony feels more like a small apartment. Addison's location is great, and I really like how it looks inside and out, but it just wasn't the right fit for my dad.

"Clean, nice, but needs better communication and friendlier staff"
This is a nice, clean community. It's a bit far from town, but I would recommend it for loved ones. The family has to handle all communication with the staff. It would be better if the staff were more proactive in communicating with families. All vitamins, creams, and medications need a doctor's prescription. My loved one feels a bit less independent because of this. I wish the staff were friendlier and greeted families and residents in the hallways.

"High Quality, Comfortable Assisted Living with Positive Visitor Impressions"
We chose The Addison for its quality. The grounds are well-maintained, all on one floor with spacious wings, giving a warm, uncrowded atmosphere. It surpasses other facilities, praised by visitors with no negative feedback.

"Not Enough Staff, Limited Access"
I wouldn't suggest this place. When we visited, there weren't enough people working. I hardly saw anyone who works there or the people who live there. They wouldn't let me see where my loved one would be staying in the memory care unit. The building is really big.

"Poor Care and Unneeded Stress at Carillon Assisted Living"
My cousin got really bad treatment at the hands of the employees, right from the top boss. They hadn't even let her stay there for a full day before they rushed her off to the hospital just to get a calming medication. She was made to feel unnecessarily anxious by the workers there, and this made her spend several hours in the emergency room. We changed her to a different place after only two weeks and she's doing so much better now. Don't believe anything good about Carillon.

"Better Care for Less at Other Facilities"
Before you decide on an assisted living or memory care place, shop around. You might find some that give a lot more medical help right there and don’t cost as much. The place where my family member stays is really good. They check on her every 15 minutes, day and night. She gets to take showers more often, and they wash her clothes a lot. They even hang them up neatly instead of just stuffing them in her closet. There are so many good things about this place, I can’t list them all here. So, don’t think like I did that you can’t find cheaper places with great medical care. Because you definitely can.

"Facility Deceptive, Cares More About Numbers Than People"
This place should get shut down. They fibbed to me about what they promised they could do. They're more concerned about packing people in, not actually looking after them. It MUST SHUT DOWN!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
This place was fancy and nice, but too formal. It looked amazing, really beautiful, but it felt cold. Maybe some people like that, but not me. Honestly, I didn't like how they treated us. A lady walked in during our appointment and argued about who would help us. I think our first impression was right; something just didn't feel right.
