"Terra Bella Assisted Living Review"
We are really happy with Terra Bella! The staff are so nice and caring to everyone who lives there. This includes the nurses, the caregivers who help every day, and even the people who do the laundry and keep the rooms clean. They are all excellent! The food they serve is well made, and there are lots of choices on the menu. The Activities Coordinator plans great things for everyone to do! There have been a few problems with the bills at first, but they fixed them in the end. Also, there have been some issues with hot water in some parts of the building for about three weeks now. The building is not brand new, but they take good care of it inside. Right now, they seem to be working on fixing some problems with how everything is set up. We think they will get these problems solved soon! Thanks, Terra Bella, for taking care of our mom!

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
We visited Terrabella Harrisburg more than once and thought it was nice. However, when we brought the family member who’d be living there, she really didn’t like it.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I talked to them twice about cleaning my loved one’s room. We also discussed their services not being done properly. It’s a problem with the staff. Even though we pay over $5,000 a month, it seems like no one wants to work these days. The meals look okay, but my loved one says they aren’t good. They recently raised the community rates starting January 1st. Overall, I feel comfortable with my loved one being there. Most of the staff is friendly. They could improve by making sure employees do what they’re supposed to do.

Sometimes, there aren’t enough staff, especially on weekends. Most staff are good, but a few need more training. The place looks nice, but it needs some updates. They’re renovating and cleaning the rooms daily, which is okay.

"Poor Management and Unkind Treatment at Terabella Facility"
I visited Terabella and I was disappointed with the way the director treated folks. She was really unprofessional and frequently lied. The people in memory care were treated poorly, almost like animals. It's heartbreaking because those in memory care pay more but receive such terrible treatment. What on earth kind of business operates like this? I would never even consider placing my mom here.

"Better Care Despite Staff Shortages"
It seems like every place doesn’t have enough staff these days. No matter where you look, there’s a problem with not having enough people to work, which makes it hard to take care of everyone the right way. But I’ve noticed that things are a bit better here compared to nursing homes.

"Dissatisfying Tour due to Unorganized Staff at Terrabella Harrisburg"
Our visit to Terrabella Harrisburg was a letdown. We had an appointment, and we even made a call to make sure. But, the person in charge wasn't there when we arrived, and the cook had to walk us through the place. He wasn't able to answer any of my questions, and it wasn't fair to the people living there because he had to ignore them the whole time. The whole setup was pretty messy.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is safe, but the management needs improvement. The nurse is stressed due to low staff. Fixing medication mistakes takes too long. It's hard to reach the administration—they don't reply to emails or call back. Food is decent, and there are activities for residents. The caregivers are caring.

"Mixed feelings: Grandma enjoys but food and meds need improvement"
My grandma likes the fun stuff and friends here, and she’s a fan of the staff too. But, she’s not too happy about the food. Some other folks here also don’t like it and they’ve said so. The place promised to fix it, but nothing’s changed yet. I feel like I always have to check up on her medicine every month. I’m not sure if they’re doing what they’re supposed to. We pay for that service, so they should do better. I bet there are others dealing with the same thing. Despite all that, Grandma’s happy here and loves the company.

"Mom’s New Home: Safe and Caring, but Food Needs Work"
My mom’s doing pretty well in her new place. I’m at peace knowing she’s safe and looked after. The team here is awesome—they really care and keep her happy. The helpers are super nice and always there when she needs anything. Her room and the whole place are neat and tidy every time I come by. The only thing they could do better is the food, but besides that, everything’s good. There are some truly great folks at this community, and I’d tell others to consider it for sure.

"Disappointing Food, Lost Bedding, Poor Communication"
My family member isn't happy with the meals at this place. The food isn't good for you and there are no other options or adjustments for special diets. The sheets we brought disappeared and I've had to ask them to swap out the bedding. The folks running the place aren't great at keeping in touch. They do have some activities every day like bingo and art. I think they just told us what we wanted to hear to get our money.

My mom gets good care here. The staff is caring, and we're fixing small issues. The food is really good, and she likes it. I'm glad she joins many activities. We'd recommend it because Mom's happy here. It's good care for a good price.
