"TerraBella Hendersonville: Clean Facility, Subpar Care"
My family member lives at TerraBella Hendersonville, and honestly, it's not great. Sure, the place is neat, but each time we visit, we find him in wet pull-ups and dirty clothes. The care provided is barely enough. The director doesn't impress me one bit. Some of the aides are nice and do their job well. If you're a family who can visit often, it might be better. But if you're looking for memory care, don't expect much here! I can't say much about the food, but our family member has lost a lot of weight in just 2.5 months of living there. So, I'm not sure.

"Well-Run Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Good Communication"
The staff at TerraBella are really good. They know everyone's names, including the families who come to visit. I picked this place because they have enough staff for the number of residents. The cleaning is done well. They talk to families based on what the family needs. Moving in was easy. The food is good. One idea: put names on your family member's clothes! I think TerraBella is a place I would tell others to go to.

"Helpful Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
The place is nice and easy to find. The studio is big enough for one person. The cleaning staff does a very good job keeping the rooms clean. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They treat my dad with respect. When there's a problem, they call right away. Great job to all the staff for taking care of the residents, even though they need more help on the floors. The administration is working hard to fix this. I'm happy this place was available when I needed it.

We visited TerraBella Hendersonville while looking for a Memory Care place for our family member. The tour was nice. This place was really good! It was clean and the staff were friendly. [Name removed] was amazing!

TerraBella Hendersonville could have been cleaner due to being short-staffed, but the friendly and caring staff made up for it. Meals were decent, although my mom often found them too much. Activities were not experienced.

The place is smaller, which means there are more staff members for the residents. It's also cheaper. They're remodeling, but they need more towels. The employees are good, but the management has changed a lot recently. The staff is friendly and offers activities, but housekeeping isn't great. Laundry can be tricky. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them right now.

They are remodeling right now. The people there were very friendly. My loved one liked the staff a lot; they were really nice. They treated my loved one very well. But their follow-through and communication were horrible. They need to improve communication. I hope to see changes in the community.

The place wasn't very caring. I saw a man being changed against a wall. I had to rescue my loved one every other day. Noise scared people from outside. Activity staff were busy with laundry. It looked nice but didn't meet expectations. Meals were like airplane food. Snacks were hard and tasteless. TV was too high. Night staff neglected entertainment. Living room was cramped. Residents seemed neglected and sad. Moved loved one elsewhere. New place isn't perfect but better. It's older but Medicaid-friendly. Staff is trained for Alzheimer's care. Night workers were from an agency. I visited at different times. They owed me money for leaving early. Had to chase them for reimbursement. Poor communication and service. Profit-driven corporation, not about care.

The start seemed nice, but it didn't meet expectations later. If you're looking for a place, keep searching and maybe revisit TerraBella. The workers talked well with our family. But sometimes things disappeared after laundry, especially bath items, which was disappointing. TerraBella seemed short on staff, like many places. It felt like some employees were just there for the money, not because they cared.
