We picked Cadence at Huntersville because it’s close by and easy to find. Most of the staff really care about the residents.

"Cadence at Huntersville Tour Review"
I visited Cadence at Huntersville, but I wasn't too impressed. The place didn't feel very secure, and they had a lot of staff turnover. There were some new managers, and everyone was super friendly, but it almost felt fake. Maybe it's just me, but I kept comparing it to another place I visited.

"Great Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, this place is really nice. The staff are friendly and caring, and everything is clean. The move-in process was a bit stressful, but we figured it out. They keep in touch with the family, too. I'd recommend it to others.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Modern Comfort"
The workers at Cadence at Huntersville were really nice. The building seemed old, more like a nursing home. The entrance area was nice though. The rooms were small and not updated. I just knew my dad wouldn't like it here.

"Great place, minor food issue"
I love Cadence, and my mom loves it too. The facility is very clean, and they clean her room every week. They offer a lot of activities and really encourage the residents to join in. My mom usually stays to herself, but she’s actually doing things I never thought she would. They bring in entertainment every week, and it’s always great. The staff are all super nice and polite, and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The only complaint she has is the food—it doesn’t have much flavor because they can’t season it. My mom has gone to the same hairdresser for 20 years and didn’t want anyone else doing her hair. She let the hairdresser here do it and loved it, which was a big deal. It’s worth every penny, and I’d highly recommend Cadence at Huntersville to other families.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Weekend Care"
We've had some problems in our community lately. The management tries to make things seem better than they are. The weekends are awful because there's no management around to see what the staff are doing or if they're helping the residents enough. Lots of staff and managers have been leaving recently. Instead of hiring new employees, they're bringing in temporary agency workers. My family member has pressed the call button and had to wait a long time for help. Sometimes food gets delivered without utensils. And sometimes the staff forgets to bring my loved one food on the weekends.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities Shine!"
Management changes a lot, so nursing staff supervision isn't great. The staff gets friendlier over time. The best part? Fun activities, thanks to a hardworking girl.

"Close and convenient, but stay involved in their care"
We picked Cadence at Huntersville because it's close to our homes. Moving from a house to here takes some getting used to. No matter where you take your loved ones, you need to stay involved and advocate for their care. I would recommend this place to others.

"Disappointing Experience at Cadence Assisted Living Facility"
This place wasn't up to par for old folks. The helpers weren't quick to help. I called a bunch, but they didn't answer. I wouldn't suggest Cadence at Huntersville.
