"Challenging Information and Healthcare Access: Decent Move, Picky Eater"
Moving in was easy and super simple. But my grandma doesn't like the food much, but that's okay because she's really picky about it. I'm kinda worried about how tough it is to get info and deal with healthcare stuff here.

"Care Promises Left Unfulfilled at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers were nice, but they didn't stick to their promises. I don't fully put the blame on them since my mom's health got bad really fast. However, we spoke face-to-face with the boss (who was very welcoming and gave us a lot of help) and requested for her to be checked on every 30 minutes, but they did not do that, even though my mom really needed it. We even installed a camera to monitor. The big picture here is, we couldn't trust Cadence to meet my mom's rapidly changing and critical needs (especially since she just moved in less than two weeks ago), so we continued to have our own private nurses stick around until she was moved to a hospice ten days after. The shifting process and meals were okay. They suggested bite-sized food when she was unable to eat much towards her last days, which was a good idea but she wasn't even thinking about self-feeding. She required someone in the room to remind her to eat, so we hired private nurses to accompany her.

"Comfortable community with caring staff; laundry services need improvement."
It's been nice here, mostly positive. The laundry service is sometimes confusing, but the staff really cares. We chose this place because it felt friendly.

" A Caring Oasis with Excellent Food and Modern Apartments"
This place has been great for us. The staff really care about the residents and offer lots of activities. The food is excellent, with choices for every meal. Plus, the apartments are modern and bright.

"Poor Conditions and Unenthusiastic Tour Guide at Cadence"
Cadence was awful. The chairs, carpet, and trim were filthy, and the woman showing us around didn't seem to like her work at all.

"Concerns about Size and Care Effectiveness in Assisted Living Visit"
I visited this facility. It was quite large, maybe too big. I questioned the effectiveness of care for residents with memory issues.

"Great food, fun activities, and a cozy environment for dementia patients"
My loved one enjoys the food and eats really well here. There are a lot of activities, like singing and bingo, that they join in on. They also offer exercises. This place is great for people with dementia and has a really cozy feel. My loved one is more active and talking more now.

"Cadence Assisted Living: Bright Atmosphere, Active Community, Recommended Location"
We chose Cadence due to location and friend's recommendation. Room sizes are good. New chef hired; hopeful for improvements. Residents started food committee. Atmosphere is bright with ample outdoor space. Many activities offered; excellent activities director. Would recommend to others.

"Good place with caring staff and quick responses"
We picked this place because it's close by and not too big. They do have a lot of new managers coming in, but the new ones have been quick to respond. When I visit, I see residents joining in activities. The staff seem to really care about their work. Overall, we've been happy with our experience here and would recommend it.

"Misleading Pricing and Pushy Staff"
This place seemed nice, but the prices were way off. The Sales & Marketing Director acted like a pushy car salesman and was rude to a resident during our tour. On the bright side, it's clean, residents seem happy, and it feels home-like due to the small population.
