"Communication Challenges in Assisted Living"
I chose this place because it’s close to my home. Overall, it’s good, but upper management struggles with communication—they don’t respond to calls or emails promptly.

"Underwhelming Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
The place wasn't ready for tours. It smelled bad, and they didn't seem to have enough staff. Overall, it just wasn't right for us.

"Mixed Feelings"
Our family checked out a few places for our aunt who needs a lot of care. The tour and facility were nice, but they might not meet our family's needs right now.

"Promises unmet, care poor; wouldn't recommend."
They sure know how to present the place well. Yet, when it came time to experience it, the reality was different. We spent a few months arguing with them. Sure, their attitude was great, but the care was lacking. They agreed to our requests, but delivering on these was another story. We weren't satisfied and wouldn't suggest it there.

"A Welcoming Community with Diverse Activities"
I suggest you think about this community for your loved one. The overall environment is positive, and there are various activities like bingo, arts and crafts, and social hours for residents to enjoy.

"Terrible Care Resulted in Injury; Quick Removal Necessary"
I wouldn't even think about giving this place a chance. The help they gave was terrible, not close to decent. I would tell no one to try it out. They simply didn't look after my family members properly. She was there for a brief period and even broke her hand. I was forced to move her out of there super fast.
