"Poor Management Jeopardizes Mother's Care in Assisted Living"
This used to be the top-notch assisted living place in our community. That's why I picked it for my mom. But 8 months ago, just as she was moving in, a whole new management team came in. From then on, the place has gotten worse and worse. It's like a revolving door with how many times they've changed their staff. My mom's medications were messed up numerous times. As her designated decision-maker, I had to urgently move her out. And the worst part? They wouldn't let me collect her stuff.
