"Mixed Experience: Great Staff, Corporate Ownership Concerns"
Deerfield, owned by a profit-focused corporation, lacks in many areas. However, the staff excels in care, making it a recommended choice for families.

"Misled and Disappointed with Navion's Assisted Living Facility"
My experience with Navion's newly purchased facility was absolutely awful. This company, which took over in late 2021, seems only interested in making money. They don't seem to care about the people living there like my husband. He was moved into this place because I was told a bunch of lies about what it could provide for someone at the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. They tricked me into giving them a non-refundable community fee to reserve a room by saying the demand was really high. The person who sold me on all this was just trying to get her commission before leaving town to work at another Navion place in a different city. My husband can still understand the things happening around him, so my questions were all about how they'll keep his mind and body active. I was extremely disappointed.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Deerfield Ridge is super close to our family, which is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I visit often, so we’re familiar with them, and they keep us informed about his well-being. It’d be nice if they had more food during meals. Overall, we’d recommend it to others.

"Friendly staff and clean environment make this place great"
The staff works hard to make everyone feel at home. The place is tidy and clean, and the staff is super friendly. I’d definitely suggest this community to others based on my experience.
