"Assisted Living Review"
The place was okay, but they wanted extra money for things like driving my mom to her dialysis. They only do it on certain days, so it was hard to schedule. They also charge more if she needs a lot of medicine. The people there were nice, but I don't want to pay extra when other places include these things. It's close to my house, but I'd rather go farther for better care without extra costs.

"Transport and Medication Costs Disappoint at Assisted Living Facility"
I wanted a place for my mom near her dialysis. This community could take her but for more money. They only drive on certain days, so I'd have to fit her appointments around them. They said if she needed lots of medicine, that's more money too. The workers were nice and helpful, but I didn't want to spend extra when other places offer these things free. This community is smaller and closer to my home, but I'll go farther if it means no extra charges for my mom's care.

"Closer to family; Small room; Great staff; Awaiting larger space."
My dad's closer to family at Green Leaf now. The place is nice, staff's great. Our room's a bit tiny, but we're on the list for a bigger one.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Comprehensive Care and Insurance Support"
I visited Green Leaf Care Center today. I spent about 30 minutes with Heidi Keys and one of her assistants. They gave me a paper showing the prices for different types of rooms: Semi-Private ($2600), Private ($3350), and Deluxe Private ($3650) each month. The cost for managing medications depends on how many you need (1-3: $180, 4-7: $300, 8 or more: $450). After that, we walked around the building to see examples of the rooms. They also showed me their dining and activity rooms. They said they would help with the paperwork for my Long Term Care Insurance if I need it.
