"Unprofessional Staff and Neglect Highlight Terrible Assisted Living Experience"
The people working at this place aren't professional at all. From the boss who doesn't seem to care about anyone else's feelings to the workers who look at their phones all day instead of giving the residents some attention. No one talks to each other or takes responsibility when things go wrong. There's always some lame excuse, or they just blame someone else. The home feels disorganized and chaotic and it kind of feels like they don't really care about the people living there. In the beginning, they act all nice and pretend they care so much about your family members. But as soon as your family members move in, they just drop the act. They know they're in charge of who can go into the building because of the Covid rules. They're not worried about family members dropping in and finding out they're not really looking after the residents. I was visiting my Mom once and needed some help. But I couldn't find any staff around. When I asked another resident where they were, she just said 'Good question' and rolled her eyes like that was how things always were there.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"
This place requires constant attention for resident care. Never assume cleanliness. Meals are not satisfying. We regret moving our parents here. Staff turnover is extremely high. Few acceptable employees. If we had more money, we'd choose elsewhere for our parents.

"Nice features, worth a look"
The tour guide was nice. The community looked clean and had nice features like butterfly and hummingbird gardens. They offer many activities. However, it wasn't the right fit for my loved one.

"Prayers answered with Guilford House’s caring staff and smooth transition."
My brother-in-law has had Parkinson's for over 15 years, and he recently needed more help than home care could provide. Helping my sister find the right nursing facility became overwhelming. But when A Place For Mom recommended Guilford House, and we visited and talked with the staff, we knew our prayers were answered. The transition was smooth, with the staff guiding us through the paperwork and arranging hospice services. Now our families can spend time with him and each other, supporting one another. The facility is not only beautiful but also clean, with the most courteous, skilled, and friendly staff. We are truly grateful and blessed.

"Found the Perfect Place for My Brother-in-Law"
My brother-in-law has had Parkinson's for over 15 years, and recently, he needed more help than home care could give. Helping my sister find the right nursing facility was overwhelming for both of us. When A Place For Mom suggested Guilford House, we toured it and spoke with the staff. We instantly felt like our prayers had been answered. The move was smooth, with the staff guiding us through the paperwork and arranging hospice services. Now, our families can spend time with him and support each other during this time. The facility is not just beautiful but also clean and staffed with kind, skilled, and friendly people. We feel truly grateful and blessed.

"Popular Assisted Living in Northwest Greensboro"
This place is really nice! It's smaller, so there aren't many rooms available. They have all the amenities we need, and it's convenient for northwest Greensboro. The rooms might be a bit small for the price, but it's very popular because it's almost always full.
