"“Good beginning, watchful care needed.”"
The start is good, but stay vigilant about your family member.

"Avoid These Assisted Living Facilities for Loved Ones"
I think both Heritage Care of Richlands and Lighthouse Village are owned by the same folks. Honestly, they're kind of scary. I wouldn't even think about putting my family in either of them. They just don't fit what we're looking for.

"A Cozy, Fabulous Assisted Living Facility"
I visited the facility without scheduling a tour, but they were friendly and showed me around. It's a small, clean place with private and semi-private rooms. The food looked nutritious, and residents seemed pleased. There are two sitting rooms and daily activities. Parking is limited, and it's a bit of a drive from downtown. Overall, it's close to fabulous, especially for those needing memory care or assistance with daily tasks. The cozy rooms are a plus.

"Heritage Care of Richlands Review"
Our time at Heritage Care of Richlands has been positive. We had some initial problems, but once those were resolved, we've been really happy with the care and service they offer.
