"Thoughtful Design for Dementia Patients"
We visited several places with memory care units, and this community's thoughtful design is perfect for dementia patients.

"Poor care led to wife's fall and death, over-medication blamed."
My wife was hard to take care of. Instead of helping her properly, they gave her too much medicine. I think that caused her to fall and die later.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living"
Heritage Greens is a wonderful place for those moving from independent living to a supportive environment. I highly recommend it.

"Missing Kitchen and Laundry Amenities"
Heritage Greens was nice, and everyone I talked to was friendly. But no full kitchen or washer/dryer in the apartments.

"High Ranking Assisted Living Facility Declining in Quality"
A friend of mine lives at this facility and I've noticed a decline in the quality of the services offered. The housekeeping and kitchen duties aren't taken care of properly, with meals often overcooked or underprepared. We've tried to voice our concerns to the management, but our complaints go unheard. One particular staffer constantly dodges our questions and ignores our phone calls. The common areas, restrooms, and apartments aren't nearly as clean as they should be. What's even more disappointing has been that the blinds remain uncleaned and dusting isn't regularly done. When we sought to speak to supervisor Wilson, our concerns were ignored. It's frustrating because this place was once top-notch and now, it's a shadow of its former self.

"Affordable Option with Excellent Dining and Engaged Staff"
When I first saw it, I thought it was too expensive. Now I'm thinking about it again because for the same amount I pay elsewhere, we could get help with showers and a little morning and evening assistance. I could handle administering medications myself, which would save us money. I'm just thinking it over. We had lunch there, and it was good. They have a Swedish chef and lots of choices, like in a restaurant. It didn't feel like homemade food, but there's a beautiful salad bar. The staff seemed very involved and friendly.
