"Paid a lot for short stay"
My mom stayed at the facility for only 3 nights in the past month. She had maybe 2-3 meals there. She was in the hospital and just got released today. We moved her stuff out. We didn't get any money back, not even the initial deposit for maintenance. They weren't very understanding when we moved her out because she needed more care than they could offer. It's a nice place, but they could have been more forgiving and understanding. We paid a lot for just 3 nights.

"Good overall, some issues, but recommended"
My loved one lives at Heritage Place, and it's been good overall. There are some things I don't like, but you have to accept the bad with the good. My family is happy with this place. I would tell family and friends to consider it.

"Friendly staff and active community"
We really like the staff and the residents. We haven't tried the activities yet, but they have a lot going on. Based on our experience with Heritage Place, we would recommend it to other families.

"Not Ideal for Us: Multiple Floors, Small Space Preferred"
The place had lots of floors, but we wanted something smaller and all on one level. It didn't seem like the right match for my family member.

"Affordable, Active, and Delicious: Our Happy Experience at Heritage Place!"
At Heritage Place, we noticed the affordable price, availability when we needed it, and quick communication. They have posters up and offer lots of activities. The physical therapist on staff has greatly improved her mobility. Plus, she enjoys the restaurant-style food with a variety of menu choices. Overall, we’re quite pleased.

"Heritage Place: Great Staff and Spacious Apartments!"
We picked Heritage Place because they offer a lot, and the staff is awesome. The apartments are spacious, but the portions could be bigger. I’d recommend it.

"Failed Expectations and Disrespect at Heritage Place"
Heritage Place may seem good, but that's not the reality. The place is crawling with roaches. When something needs fixing, they just slap paint over it, even if the walls have been damaged by water. The young ladies at the front desk are really sweet, but they take the brunt of a lot of complaints, all because of bad decisions made by their bosses. Elders should be treated with respect, but that doesn't happen here. The biggest problem is the top boss, who really doesn't treat the seniors living here with the respect they deserve. It's really sad.

"Mixed Experience with Heritage Place Assisted Living"
We picked Heritage Place because it's close by. Families should know the staff aren't happy with management. Management changed while my mom was there. The caregivers were excellent and took good care of her, but the new management wasn't great. The daily staff, however, was fantastic. I'd suggest it if you can pay for it.

I'm really glad my mother and I chose Heritage Place for her senior living. It's an amazing place! The whole staff treats everyone like family and takes great care of the residents. Everyone, both residents and staff, is always happy. It's a warm and welcoming place, and I feel very comfortable knowing my mother is in such a caring facility. I highly recommend their senior living!
