"Nice staff and great atmosphere, but rent increases annually."
From when we first came to check it out until we moved in, everyone was really nice and friendly. They made us feel welcome right from the start. The place itself is wonderful to live in. Its location is really convenient. The only thing I don’t like is that the rent goes up every year, which is tough because most folks here are on fixed incomes. But overall, my mom really enjoys living here.

"Recommended Assisted Living!"
My mom lives at Parkwood Village, and it’s been really good. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they’ve improved communication with our family. The move-in process was easy, although we had to remind them about my mom’s diet twice. Overall, I’d recommend this place to others.
