"Understaffed, Poorly Maintained Assisted Living Facility Disappoints Residents"
My aunt has been living here for a year and it's been a real eye-opener! Taking care of elderly people costs a lot of money, but the care they give here is not good. There are only med techs and CNAs working here, and most of them only get paid $10 an hour. How can the owners expect them to do a good job when someone working at a burger joint can make $4 more per hour? The good employees they had all left because working 50 to 60 hours a week is too much. Everyone either quits or gets fired for not working double or triple shifts. If the labor board knew, they'd close this place down. The floors are never clean, there's always roaches, and the food is gross most of the time and served cold! On weekends, only two people work for the entire wing, so residents end up lying in urine because there aren't enough staff. If things keep going like this, the state might close this place down. I hope the one in Fayetteville is better. It looks nice and they always decorate it for holidays, but the care here is terrible!

"Poor Care and Overpriced: An Unfit Assisted Living Facility"
My mom was at this place for around two years. She kept going to the hospital with urinary infections. The clothes we gave her would always go missing - can you believe they made her wear a hot pink bra at her age? They really don't care about the people they're supposed to look after, and the head supervisor is never around. The place is run by medical technicians and nursing aids, but they don't even have a registered or licensed nurse. My mom ended up in the hospital with a urinary infection so severe that there was blood in her urine. I really can't recommend this place – you shouldn't bring your loved one here. Considering the high costs, this place should be closed down.

"Utterly Neglectful Assisted Living Facility Lacking Compassion"
Terrible assisted living place. They ignore folks living there and let them go hungry if they can't eat by themselves! No care or love for our dear ones!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
This community isn't bad, but it couldn't meet my husband's care needs. It looks nice, and the cleaning is well done. The staff was kind and tried their best. Overall, a pleasant experience, but not the right fit for my husband.
