"Lack of Care and Communication: Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
My ex-husband stayed at this place for 3 months. Even though he had dementia, they said he'd do well. He likes to walk, but they said that might be an issue. Suddenly, they told us he had to leave immediately because he went near the pond on their property and there was an alligator! Why is there an alligator there? They never warned us about any danger. They didn't take care of him even though I asked the staff to help him bathe and change clothes several times. NOTHING!

I found my mom, an 86-year-old dementia patient, alone at a dining table drenched in urine, fecal matter on her clothes, no glasses, bare feet and food smeared all over the table. It was two hours after dinner and her expression plead for help. To make matters worse, she was rushed to the [removed], and then I brought her home. Apparently, a sickness was going around the place, but treatment was nonexistent. My poor mother suffered untreated bronchitis. I beseech you, do not entrust your loved ones to this facility. : "Trust Breached: Neglect and Poor Hygiene in Assisted Living Facility".
