"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I’d suggest checking out other places. I’m not satisfied with this facility. The food is often cold and too fried for my taste. I’m not a fan of breaded dishes either. They offer activities like Bingo and community walks, among other things.

"A Wonderful Assisted Living Facility in Cary"
This place is really nice! It’s super clean, but the rooms are a bit small and dark. The staff is amazing—knowledgeable, caring, and passionate. They have a great lineup of activities. Plus, the location in Cary is perfect for us. And the all-inclusive rate is a big bonus.

"Clean and caring assisted living with attentive staff and cozy atmosphere"
My father moved to Phoenix Assisted Care from a terrible place. Although Phoenix is a bit old-fashioned and not very big or fancy, it’s super clean and looks nice inside. The staff is really helpful and always paying attention to everything. My father is getting much better care here compared to before. I think Phoenix is great because even though it’s not huge or new, the people there work hard to keep it clean, make the residents happy and comfortable, and make it feel like home. I think Phoenix would be good for others looking for a cheaper and really caring place for their loved ones.

"Clean and Friendly, But No Available Apartments"
We enjoyed our visit to this community. They welcome motorized wheelchairs, and everything looked tidy. The staff we met were friendly. Unfortunately, no available apartments when we were ready to move.”

"Clean and Comfortable Assisted Living with Good Meals"
My mom is doing great at Phoenix Assisted Care. The place is really clean and neat. When we first came, she had a room with another person, but now she has her own room. The food they serve is really tasty.

"Hospital-like, Lacked Homey Feel, Kind Staff"
The folks who showed us around were friendly. But, it seemed too much like a hospital and less like a cozy home. We were hoping for a warmer atmosphere for my folks, but it felt quite the opposite.

"Great staff, tasty meals, and lots of activities!"
The staff here are great with my mom. They’re really friendly, and we haven’t had any problems. I like that it’s close to my home, so I can visit her often. The meals are tasty, nutritious, and come in good portions. My mom is comfortable in her semi-private room. There are many activities available all the time.

"Friendly Staff at Assisted Living Community"
My husband stayed at this place briefly. Although our time was short, it was positive. He didn't connect much with the other people living there, but he liked the employees. He told me they took good care of him. The staff was nice and showed they cared. Our stay was brief, but they looked after my husband well.

"Warm, Helpful Staff and Good Activities at Older, Clean Facility"
I talked to the activities director because Donna was busy assisting people affected by Hurricane Matthew. The building is old, but it's kept clean. They offer excellent activities, and I learned a lot from the activities director. There are two levels of care: assisted living and memory care. They also have devotional services right there on site.

"Neglectful Staff and Poor Living Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother's been living here for a few years. With a new management, the quality of the place has taken a dive. It's always dirty, and the meals are either burnt, raw, or plain bad so the residents can't eat properly. The staff act irritated every time I ask them to prep my mom so she can go out, even with enough warning. They also don't change her often enough, leaving her with a butt rash. When I brought this up to the main manager, she just shrugged. It took an email to the big bosses before someone finally looked after my mom right. The place reeks of pee and poop all the time. They have a activities schedule but none of them actually happen. When I asked the staff about it, they simply said they focus on taking care of patients, not planning fun stuff. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"“No TV Channels: A Disheartening Experience”"
Watch out! This place doesn’t have any TV channels for residents. Not even a basic antenna for local shows! Even motels and dumps have cable, but not here. And what’s crucial for elderly folks? Staying engaged! But they have to pay extra for cable in each room, and most can’t afford it. It’s just plain sad.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Facility Visit: Strong Odor, May Revisit"
I went to this place when we were searching for a home for my mother-in-law. I wasn't very impressed because there was a strong smell right when I entered. But I might go back since it's been a while.
