"Queen City Offers Better Care and Friendly Staff"

My father lives at Queen City. He was living somewhere else before, and I have to say that Queen City is better than his last place. It's much older and doesn't have all the fancy stuff, but the care is much better, and the people are friendlier. The staff is helpful, and I like that the nurses' station is easy to find. The food is good, and Dad is eating everything they give him. Overall, I think they are doing an excellent job, and I appreciate it.
