"Facility Prioritizes Profit Over Care: Tragic Neglect and Greed"
Don't be tricked by the nice act they put on when you're visiting. This spot is not up to par. The workers don't look after the residents properly! The bosses are always pointing fingers instead of owning up to their own mistakes. It's always the fault of the ex-employees, according to them. All they care about is cash. They even misuse the residents' insurance cards to purchase groceries. All that the Shulers think about is being money-hungry!

"Unsatisfactory Care and Absence of Activities at Shulers'"
The Shulers may seem impressive, but it's just an act. They don't take care of the people living there as they should. Some caregivers are even unkind. The pharmacy instructions aren't followed carefully. There's nothing fun to do! Those working there don't know anything about medicine - they're like random babysitters, pulled straight off the sidewalk. I'd advise against choosing this place.

"Family Member Poorly Treated At Shulers, Greedy Owners Unmoved"
When you first visit, everyone is really friendly and goes all out to get you to like the place. But after staying there for some time, you discover the real deal. My loved one was not treated well by their caregiver for the whole time they were there. I complained to the head person on multiple occasions, but they never took any action. We moved my loved one to another place, but that mean caregiver is still at the facility. The people in charge seem to only care about making money!

"Closer to home and budget-friendly informative tours and great community."
The community seemed nice, but another place was closer to my house and fit our budget better for my loved one. The tours were really good, and they gave me all the information I needed while I was there.

"Terrible Care, False Advertising at Assisted Living Facility"
The bosses at this assisted living facility seem heartless and dishonest about what they offer to those we care about. The food is terrible in some homes because a few of the staff members won't cook. No fun things to do are provided for the elders, even though their website says that they do. You can feel the complete lack of kindness around here, and all the old folks are sad, feeling let down, and always complaining about poor quality care. Any good reviews you may find about this place have to be fake. Don't trust them.

"Unacceptable Communication and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Since my mom moved into this place, it's been non-stop trouble. I remember one time, my oldest daughter and I were visiting, and one of the caregivers just yelled at her right in front of us. My mom has dementia and other health problems, and she was constantly phoning me upset. Recently, after spending 10 days in intensive care, she was told without any prior warning that she couldn't return to the facility from her current place, where she's getting physiotherapy to try to walk again. Throughout this whole ordeal, the owner has not communicated with us at all to discuss the issues. To make matters worse, the police had to be called to the care home because my mom was attacked by another resident. I'm really unhappy with how things are being run there.
