"Convenient and Enjoyable Assisted Living Experience"
We're pretty satisfied with her living there. She likes the activities and things they do. We chose this place because it's close and available.

"Nice appearance, lacking supervision; not recommended; staffing insufficient."
We picked this place because it's close, tidy, and looks good. They had a room when we needed it. But, my uncle fell from his wheelchair without anyone watching, and hurt his hip. They wouldn't let him return. I'm upset and asked for an investigation. It's nice and clean, but they need more staff. I can't suggest it because of what happened.

"Not Quite the Best Fit"
This place was pretty nice, but it didn’t quite meet my loved one’s needs.

"Understaffed and Inadequate Care for Dementia Patients in Facility"
My mom, who has dementia and medical problems, had a tough time here. Even after getting two COVID shots and two hospital visits, her health didn't improve. The staff, mainly Resident Assistants (not CNA's) and one Med-Tech, were often short-handed, leading to temporary helpers being called in. Having new faces constantly coming in to assist made my mom anxious and stressed, as she couldn't recognize them. Due to her medical issues, she ended up spending most of her days alone in her room, which wasn't ideal.

"Individualized Care and Happy Residents"
We picked this place because it's close and they only allow 14 in the Alzheimer's unit, so the care is more personal. Each morning, they help with hair and nails. The rooms are big with 2 per room but spacious. I haven't eaten here, but Mom enjoys it. Since COVID, we can make appointments and visit on the porch Tuesday-Saturday. My favorite part is how happy Mom seems each time we visit. Before COVID, we could interact with residents, who seemed happy and got along well.

"Challenging to Visit Every Day Due to Distance"
This place is okay, but it's really far from where we live. It makes it hard for us to visit my grandma every day. I wish it was closer so we could see her more often.

"Older, Smaller Assisted Living: Varied Care Levels in Traditional Setting"
The facility is situated in a quieter area and provides decent care within its older, smaller, and more traditional setup. They offer multiple levels of care to cater to different needs.

"Unsatisfactory Care and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
My hubby only stayed at this place for a week before he tripped and fell. I had actually warned the staff to watch out for him on the day it happened. I really don't think he got the care he required. The meals were alright and they kept their spaces clean. But they didn't do much to make sure the folk living there were eating well. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
