"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I think this place is really nice. It's very clean, but I haven't met the doctor yet. I left messages, but they never called me back. Everything seems a bit chaotic this month. The only problem I have is with the communication. They should have a shift report, like I've seen at other places. Overall, I believe it will be a nice place and everything will work out. They are friendly and caring, but they need to improve their communication.

"Good place with some concerns, above average overall"
Summit Place does a pretty good job overall. There have been a few incidents that worried me, but I'm fairly pleased with it. When we moved in, I thought it was perfect. Now, I think it's a very, very good place. I'm a bit disappointed in the activities, but I think it's because of what the residents can do. I think they're above average compared to others around.

"Terrible Care and Filthy Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is certainly not top-notch! To begin, the management is terribly messed up. The lady who's in charge doesn't act professionally and seems lost. The staff are downright impolite, sluggish, and disregard people's feelings. They totally ignore your privacy needs and they're really dirty. In an urgent situation, I had to wait 22 minutes for help! The property may look charming, but don’t be fooled, it's horrible inside. I've even spotted roaches! The food's bad, the toilet paper's so thin that you gotta use a ton to clean up, and the price is too high for what you're given. It's not a good deal, don’t send your loved ones here if you truly care about them!
