"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, this place is decent, but the food and activities could be better. They don't match what they promised. However, it's clean, quiet, safe, and residents seem friendly. I'd suggest it, but it's a bit pricey for what you get.

"Lacking Communication, Mixed Staff Performance in Assisted Living Facility"
My dad moved in when there were new bosses in charge. They didn't give us much info unless we hunted someone down. Some workers are awesome and helped me tons, but I had to ask. I thought we'd have a meeting when we joined and make a plan for Dad's care, but that never happened. I'm not sure if that's normal or because of the new bosses. Still, I'm mostly happy with the move.

"Warm, Friendly, and Entertaining Assisted Living at Harmony"
I’ve lived at Harmony for 5 years. The staff are friendly, and the activities keep us entertained. It’s the best place we found.

"Assisted Living Falls Short: Communication, Activities, and Staffing Issues"
My family member doesn't like the food. They should work on communication and answering calls. Understanding the patients and their needs needs improvement. I'm not satisfied with this place. Activities are limited, residents should go outside more. The place looks nice, but they need more staff.

"Disappointed: Felt Deceived, Facility Not as Expected"
We didn't stay a single night at this place because we sensed dishonesty. It felt like they tricked us and it wasn't at all what we expected.

"Assisted Living with Caring Staff at Harmony"
Harmony at Reynolds Mountain is a lovely place for seniors who need help. If your loved one has special food needs, this might not be the right fit. But we recommend it for families seeking assisted living. The staff takes good care of our loved one.

"Good Marketing, But Lacking Support"
Harmony does a good job with marketing, but once my mom moved in, communication dropped. They’re understaffed and ill-equipped for her needs. She’s safe but not thriving.

"Friendly Atmosphere with Limited Active Activities"
This place is pretty good to live in. Everyone, staff and residents alike, is really nice and welcoming. The activities they have are mostly for people who can't move around much. If you're more active, though, there aren't as many things to do here.

"Upscale Services, Parking Lot View"
This place is pretty new, and it’s super clean. They offer fancy services like a hotel, but the view of parking lots isn’t great.

"Perfect Home!"
I’m really happy with our spacious apartment in this community. The kitchen is lovely, with big windows offering a beautiful view of the woods. The activity program keeps us busy and helps us connect with other residents. It feels like the perfect home!

"New Facility with Great Food and Friendly Staff"
My loved one is very happy with her move to this new community. It's brand new and only about a third full right now. The place is kept really clean, and they tidy up her room once a week. She can choose between lunch or breakfast, and the food is great. There’s a theater that shows movies, and she goes with her friends often. They have a concierge who checks on her when she's feeling unwell and even brings her dinner to her room. Her room is cozy and has a huge walk-in closet.
