Overall, it was a good experience. The workers are really caring and helpful, even though they are sometimes short-staffed. I felt like they truly cared about my dad. I would highly recommend Wickshire to others. I only met a couple of people who didn't seem very caring or helpful.

The workers were nice and helped us a lot, but sometimes we had to double-check the bills 'cause they were wrong. Overall, it was okay and did what we needed for our family.

"Accommodating and Recommended Assisted Living Facility"
The staff who helped us sign up were really nice and made it easy. They listened to what we needed for money and for how we want to live. Sometimes new people start working and that means it takes a bit longer to get my mom's wheelchair and other things she needs. But everything's okay overall. I think other families would like this place too.

"Be present and involved for better care"
We had a rocky start, but things improved a lot because I stood up for my spouse. I would tell others to be there for your loved one; not every day, but often. Join them for some meals and activities. Be around as much as you can and ask questions.

The facility is nice, with friendly staff and a clean, warm atmosphere. However, it becomes expensive when you add on care levels and medication.

"Friendly Staff, Understaffing Concerns, Prompt Issue Resolution"
We noticed the staff trying to help residents, but they seem understaffed. Their interaction with residents could be better. Despite being the least expensive option, we'd choose them again. If they had more staff, their efforts would improve. When we point out issues, they address them promptly.
