"Excellent Care and Welcoming Atmosphere at The Hermitage"
Our loved one stayed briefly while awaiting a room closer to home. At The Hermitage, they took excellent care of her. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to about her needs. The facility was very clean with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The meals were different from what she was used to, but they were good and they made sure her food was easy to eat. There were activities for residents, and the staff encouraged everyone to join in. Even if residents didn't participate, they were encouraged to socialize. The community had beautiful courtyards, and if it were closer, we would have continued her care there. I would recommend The Hermitage to others.

"Great Care and Friendly Staff"
Our loved one stayed here for a short time while we waited for a spot closer to home. The Hermitage staff took great care of her. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were easy to talk to about any questions or concerns I had. The place was very clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was different from what we usually eat, but they were very good about cutting it up for her. They had activities for the residents and encouraged them to join in. Even if they didn't participate, they made sure the residents came out to socialize. There were two large, beautiful courtyards in the back and two on each side. If this place were closer to us, we would have kept her here. I definitely recommend The Hermitage to others.
