We visited The Living Center of Concord. The staff was nice and answered our questions. There was an unfamiliar smell. The building is big and old. We wanted a smaller, brighter community for my mom.

Avoid this unclean facility. There's insufficient staff and they lack kindness or friendliness. Residents' items frequently disappear. I could continue listing countless issues, but it would take an eternity!

"Positive Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff has been excellent with my mother-in-law. Overall, everything has been great. We appreciate the variety of activities available for residents and hope my mother-in-law will join in someday. The food is really good. They consistently maintain clean and pleasant rooms and community areas.

"Unpleasant Environment Makes Assisted Living Facility Unacceptable"
The minute I stepped into this place, I could tell I wasn't a fan. It stunk and was gloomy. It made me think of rundown neighborhoods. I didn't even have to take a full tour to know my dad wouldn't be staying here.

My father-in-law stayed at this place briefly. I felt there weren't enough staff to meet his needs. However, the facility was clean, and he enjoyed good meals. I'd recommend it for those who require less care.

"Helpful Staff, Fair Prices at Living Center"
I checked out a place called Living Center. A lady named Virginia Watson was super nice and told me everything they do for the people living there, including how much it costs. They have fun stuff for the folks to do, and everyone seemed pretty happy.

"Assisted Living Delights Families; Some Staff Issues Noted"
Overall, our time at First Assembly has been wonderful! Mom has regained her strength and enjoys activities with friends. She attends church conveniently on Wednesdays and Sundays. She appreciates the food, and I'm pleased they accommodate her diet. Occasionally, there have been minor staff oversight issues, but overall, Mom is well cared for here.
