"Mixed Experience with Care and Communication at Waltonwood Cotswold"

My mom generally receives good care at Waltonwood Cotswold's memory unit. The caregivers stay pretty consistent, and the manager usually responds when we have questions. However, when my mom has a health issue, she often ends up in the hospital for longer than necessary. Her medical treatment might only take a few days, but she stays a week or more because Waltonwood takes too long to order and deliver medications and oxygen. They can't handle these things over weekends or after 4:00 pm on Fridays. I often hear about what they can't do since they don't offer skilled care. You don't always get what you pay for.

"Beautiful facility, friendly staff, but the most expensive option."

Our family took an in-person tour, and it was very nice. However, it was the most expensive place we visited. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were getting the red carpet treatment. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and overall, it’s a beautiful facility.

"Top Pick for Elegant and Standalone Assisted Living"

The Waltonwood Cotswold facility was definitely the nicest one I visited. It’s upscale and really nice. It looks like it’s on its own, not part of a chain. It seemed like a great place for a loved one.

"Warm and welcoming place for loved ones; meals praised"

I think this community is a good choice for anyone's family members. The staff are really nice, and they always listen to what we need. My family likes the food a lot, and now the dining room is open again.

"Care Level Assessment Misses Mark, Police Involved"

The first check wasn’t right, and my family member needs more help than we realized. Because of this, she had to be taken out of the place by the cops, and now we’re on our own to solve it. If your family member is just a little mixed up, like the folks here say, then this place might be okay for you.

"Caring Staff, Pricey Location, Alzheimer’s Care Doubts"

I enjoy how the staff and people living here interact. The place is nicely designed, and the staff seem to really care about us. The cost is a bit high, but that’s because of the area it’s in. I’m still not sure if the location matters much for Alzheimer’s care though.

"Quality Care in Pricey Locale"

I enjoy talking with the residents and staff. The place is well planned, and the staff seem to really care. It’s a bit expensive, but that’s mostly because of the location. I’m not sure yet if that matters for Alzheimer’s care.
