"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My biggest concern is that I've been asking for seven months about the criteria for moving from one level of care to another, but I haven't received any answers. The criteria seem inconsistent each day. On the positive side, they do give medications on time and assist with my loved one's bath. The common areas are always clean, but my loved one's room isn't. The food is mostly good, and there are plenty of activities.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was really friendly, but things changed after my loved one moved in. The people in charge, called administrators, seemed to not do as well once she arrived. They didn't give us much information about how she was doing. When she moved in, they didn't tell us she would have to stay by herself in her apartment for 5 days because of quarantine. They said they told her, but they didn't tell us. I think those 5 days alone really upset her. Once she was able to meet some people and make friends, though, she started to like it more. She liked the food a lot and said there were many choices, with meals covering all four food groups. I just wish they had been more honest about those first five days.

"A Community Feel in a Cozy Assisted Living Facility"
I really liked how small this place was. It felt like a community and more like a home.

"Cozy Community with Attentive Staff and Tailored Activities"
This place feels just like home! The people working here are super nice and always ready to help out the folks living here. It's not a huge place, but that makes it feel like a big family. There could be more stuff to do, but the staff told us they'll plan activities that everyone likes.

"Clean but outdated facility. Staff needs better training. Currently full."
The assisted living place is kinda old, but it's tidy. They have good extra stuff like services. But, the folks working there aren't super trained and they're looking for more people to hire. Also, they don't have any space available right now.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
This place seemed like it didn't have enough staff. Most of the time, people were just watching TV. We thought for the amount we paid, they would provide basic things like toilet paper and gloves. Some of the staff were really good with Alzheimer's patients, but others were not mature or appropriate. It might be okay if you're not dealing with Alzheimer's.

"Mom’s Take on the Fancy Tour"
The assisted living community tour went well, and it seemed nice. However, they didn’t offer us a meal during the tour. My mom found it a bit fancy for her.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Caring Staff and Happy Residents"
This place is really nice, but it's a bit pricey and the apartments are smaller than other ones we looked at. The people who work here are super friendly and really care about the residents. Everyone living here seems happy and they are looked after well.

"Review of Cozy Gardens Assisted Living "
The assisted living facility feels cozy and welcoming. Residents are active, and the staff is friendly. There's a pleasant enclosed courtyard with raised garden beds for residents. However, the apartments lack actual bedroom doors, which we'd prefer for privacy.
