"Comfortable and Homey Assisted Living; Food Could Be Better"
My mom says the place is comfortable and feels like home. She feels safe and warm. Everything works well, and the people are nice. The food could be a bit better, though.

"Brookdale: Understaffed and Overworked"
Brookdale struggles with maintaining trained staff members. It's surprising that they hired a licensed practical nurse as the Director of Nursing, and she didn't seem to know the residents as well as she claimed. Regardless, Brookdale has her overseeing special care. Furthermore, some employees lack the necessary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training but are still tasked with caring for our dearly loved citizens who require more care. Few staff members provided good care for our family member, but a majority seem overworked, underpaid, and poorly trained. We don't advise choosing Brookdale Assisted Living.

"Easy Move-In Process"
My uncle is doing well, and we really like this community. The place is super clean, and everything looks great. The staff has been friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities for the residents, with a weekly calendar. Moving him in was easy. I recommend this nice community.
