"Nice place, couldn't care for loved one"

"Upset Family Moves Mom to Cleaner, Superior Facility: Brookestone"
The head of the facility wasn't truthful about the rates and transport. I'm really upset about how dirty the place was. It smelled like dog pee and poop. We transferred Mom to Brookestone which is way better and has excellent employees.

"Exceptional Care for High-Level Assisted Living Residents"
I want to write a review for Cottonwood Assisted Living because I believe they give excellent care to their residents. I've done nursing visits here and have been a Registered Nurse in the area for over 30 years. For an Assisted Living facility, Cottonwood does an amazing job. Many places can't handle the care patients need as their needs increase, but Cottonwood can. They grow with the patients as their needs change. They do a great job with memory care patients, too. They also work with home health and hospice agencies to make sure their residents get the best care possible. As a healthcare worker in Columbus, I highly recommend Cottonwood Place.
