Gramercy Hill

"Assisted living with respite care, attentive staff, and ideal amenities."
Dad liked that they let him stay temporarily while I was away. He met other residents and saw how things work there. The location is excellent and convenient for me to visit. The staff at Residence at Gramercy are good at keeping me updated. My dad is independent but needs some supervision at times - they allow him independence while keeping an eye on him for me. He has a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious closet and a small kitchen, just what he wanted.

"Lovely place, but not the right fit for us"
This community was really nice and had some updates. But, with my loved one's age and the age of the other residents, I realized they wouldn't fit in so well here. We were just looking for a different environment.

"Assisted Living Facility: Clean, Friendly Staff, Recommended by Residents"
The assisted living community is clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. The management is actively involved and runs the community well. Communication is clear, and the landscaping adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Based on my experience, I would recommend this community to others.

When you move in, just double-check the room's availability. Overall, I think it's a good community. I would surely suggest this community to others.

"Great place, needs better food"
This is a great place to live. The staff is very kind and helpful. It would be perfect if the food was a bit better and healthier.

"Safe and welcoming place; mom chose it, content and comfortable."
My mom's been at Gramercy Hill for about a year and a half now. She seems really happy and comfortable there. She picked Gramercy all by herself. As soon as she stepped inside, she felt like she belonged and that it was the right place for her to be taken care of. I think you'll be happy too if you pick Gramercy.

Mom likes her room, accessible, not very social, friendly staff.

"Disappointing Experience at Gramercy Assisted-Living Facility"
My grandparents shifted to Gramercy earlier this year, but we have already relocated them. My grandpa's call button was out of order for many weeks and they constantly messed up my grandma's care. Most of the staff come across as impolite. We regret focusing too much on the price. It seems in assisted-living, you indeed get services matching your payment.

"Fair Evaluation Challenged"
The place is getting a makeover, so it's kinda tough to say much. It's alright, I guess.

"Poor Maintenance, Badly Dressed Staff, and Stinky Environment"
The building isn't kept up very well. Workers wear sloppy clothes, and the place stinks like an old folk's home.

"Outdated Appearance Deters Prospective Residents"
My mom and I wanted to check out this place for her future home. But when we drove by to tour it, she changed her mind. The outside wasn't kept up, and it looked old-fashioned.

"Deteriorating Conditions at Gramercy Hill"
My Mom has lived at Gramercy Hill for five years. She used to love it until a few months ago when they switched management. This new team does not seem to care about the residents. Everyone rushes into the dining hall together, and they don't track who's eaten or not. The boss is often hiding in her office, and the best employees have left. We're thinking about relocating Mom to a different place, and she agrees. Plus, they've been promising upgrades to Gramercy for ages but it's clear it won't happen - the place is outdated and needs a lot of repairs.

"Lower Quality Assisted Living Facility For Mom"
My sister went to check out this place for our mom. Based on what she shared with me, she thought this place was not as good as the other place she visited. She didn't think this was the right fit for our mom.

"Cozy Assisted Living: Friendly Staff, Clean Spaces, Limited Cuisine"
I'm enjoying my time here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean and tidy. The meals are okay, but not amazing. They offer lots of activities, but I mostly stick to bingo. Right now, they're doing Christmas carols. My apartment is comfy, with lots of natural light from big windows.

"Assisted Living Community: A Wonderful Place for My Dad"
My dad's doing great here. He's happy and well-adjusted. I like this place a lot. It's always clean, and the staff is fantastic, taking good care of him. They offer lots of activities, and there are med. aids available if needed. The food's delicious, too. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend it.

"Easy Communication and Cost Savings"
My dad stayed at this place for independent living, but it’s actually a mix of independent and assisted living. The activities we did were awesome, and the staff was super easy to talk to—I really liked that. Unlike another place we checked out, the deposit we paid was deducted from one month’s rent. That sealed the deal for me.
