"Untrustworthy Facility Disrespects Privacy Laws"
I wish I could give a negative rating! The facility's management is awful and they'll deceive you just to bring your family member in. Avoid the pain and seek other options! When you start expressing concerns about their care, they turn against you and publicly discuss your loved one. This is a breach of HIPPA laws.

"Good Activities and Staff, Honest About Care Needs, Recommend if Suitable"
We liked this place. They have great activities. There's always something happening, and they try to involve the residents. The staff made the activities fun. The food was really good. Mom had a good time there. Eventually, Mom needed more help than they could give. They were honest with us about that, and we understood. We had to move her to a place with more care. Overall, if they have the right care for your loved one, I would say go for it!

"Friendly staff and homey atmosphere make Greene Place a top choice"
The staff at Greene Place were friendly and welcoming right from the start. [Name removed] quickly answered all our questions, whether we contacted them by text, email, or phone, as we arranged for our father to move in. Their warm and inviting atmosphere was a major reason we chose Greene Place and our father wanted to be there. The place feels like home, with lots of activities organized by the staff or outside groups to keep the residents engaged. The staff are caring and dedicated. We saw many of them going out of their way to check on our father, making sure he felt comfortable, healthy, and safe. One great example of their service was when they allowed us to celebrate a family member’s birthday at their facility on short notice, so our father could join in the fun easily. Overall, it’s a good place with great staff.

"Great care and activities, but could improve exercise facilities and entrance"
*The staff here is really nice and caring. They’re friendly and patient with everyone living here. *There are lots of fun daily activities. They try hard to include everyone, but they don’t have enough exercise equipment or space. The staff does what they can to make up for this. Some more active residents would really benefit from better exercise options. *The place feels safe and secure. Because it’s a smaller community, residents get more personal attention. *They host a family night every month to help families spend time together. There’s always a meal and some entertainment. *It’s always clean. It’s very rare to find it otherwise. *The food has gotten a lot better recently. Changes in the menu from the corporate office have been great for the residents. *The lighting in the common areas is brighter now, but the rooms still need more light. I hope they’re updating that as old bulbs burn out. More light is especially needed during the dark winter months. *The main entrance needs some work. The area where people get in and out of cars should be covered to keep out ice, snow, and rain. The concrete where cars park has cracks that can be a tripping hazard. Maybe if they adjusted the curb, it would be easier for cars to park properly and avoid these issues.

"Mixed Feelings About The Greene Place Assisted Living"
The Greene Place has made a big difference for families, but it's expensive. Parents work hard all their lives, only to face the natural process of aging. Unfortunately, the facility takes a lot of their hard-earned money without providing much in return. For instance, the meals at Greene Place are disappointing—sandwiches and hotdogs instead of real meals. During the holidays, the food was even worse. The staff turnover is high, and the place isn't what it used to be. Our parents deserve better care. .

"Improvements Needed"
The Greene Place has been a big change for our family, but it's so expensive, it feels like a rip-off. Your parents work hard their whole lives, only to face the natural process of aging, and it seems like these places find a way to take every penny they've earned. Especially for what little they get back. Take the meals at Greene Place, for example. Even prisons might have better food than they serve here. They should be getting proper meals, not just sandwiches or hot dogs. What they served during the holidays was really disappointing. The residents, anywhere they are, deserve to be treated well and get what they pay for, but that's not happening here. I don't know why they changed management, but when you have good staff, you should keep them and make things work. It's always hard to find good employees, and while there are some positives, they really need to step up their game to make this place better, like it used to be. These are people's parents, and they deserve a lot more than what they're getting. Would you want to be cared for like that?
