"We chose Richmont because my brother and his wife recommended it. They loved how clean it was and found the staff very friendly, unlike some other places they visited. They did mention past staffing shortages, but despite that, they're still impressed with the care provided. Overall, I think others searching for a community like this would be happy here."

"Mixed Food Quality, Excellent Staff, Hope for Activities' Return"
The food here can be hit or miss depending on the day, but overall it's pretty good. The staff members are awesome; they deserve more than a 5! We used to have a lot of activities to join in, but they've been stopped, so we're hoping to have those back soon. I would definitely recommend this place. Before I moved in, I checked out several places, and this one seems like the best value for the money to me.

"Nice staff, clean place, good room sizes, food too frequent"
The staff here is really nice, and the place is clean. The food is okay, but it comes too often and I'm not always hungry. The room sizes are good. We have a two-bedroom apartment and use the second bedroom as a computer room. It's enough space.

We really like this place. They've kept their promises and taken good care of my mom. She's doing great, joining in activities and making friends. The staff and other residents are all really friendly. Mom loves the food, and the place is always clean and smells good. I'd tell others to check them out.

Even though it's been an adjustment, my loved one is doing great here! The staff are amazing and really take care of her needs. She also gets to hang out with other residents and join in on activities. We're all very happy!

"Happy Mom, Happy Me"
Things are going well for my mom since she moved here. The facility is wonderful, and I'm happy with their care. The staff is kind and attentive. Although Mom has some limitations on activities, they keep her involved in the community. We recently enjoyed a great Easter dinner together. I recommend this community—it's working out for us.

"Great Facility with Excellent Services at a Good Price"
We met with. They were very informative and seemed to have my dad's needs as a top priority. The property is new with spacious rooms. Both residents and staff appeared happy and interacted well. The location is very convenient for us. There are plenty of amenities, and the cost is one of the lowest for the services my dad will need.

My family member is thriving at this community. I feel at ease knowing they're safe and well-cared for. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The spacious, open community has been a positive experience, and I'm pleased with their care.

The staff at this assisted living facility were amazing during my tour. They knew a lot about the community and its residents. The community itself was pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the price kept us from choosing it.

"They take good care of her"
I like that the staff are warm and nurturing to my mother. She has made a lot of progress while she's been there. The place is always clean. My mother has a studio apartment, and when I visit, the bed is always made, the bathroom is clean, and the floors are vacuumed. I was there during her mealtime, and the food looked good with a decent portion size.
