"Mixed Experience at Ridgewood Senior Living"
My mom lives at Ridgewood Senior Living. The chef, [name removed], is fantastic and really cares for the residents. The food could be improved. The staff who take care of my mom are excellent. Recently, there has been a change in ownership, so we are waiting to see what changes the new company will bring.

"Very Poor Experience: Rude Receptionist, No Staff, Lack of Attention"
I visited this place hoping for a tour, but after hanging around for an hour, there wasn't a soul to show me around. The lady at the reception desk was just really unpleasant. She was busy on her phone and evidently couldn't take a minute to answer basic questions. They pretty obviously don't have time to address concerns, so I'm not convinced they'd have time to care for my family member. You couldn't find an administrator or any nursing folks around to chat with either. I was left feeling really let down and don't plan on returning.

"Mixed Feelings About Spring Hills Middletown"
Spring Hills Middletown gave a nice tour, but their place felt outdated and lacked the cozy, homey vibe I wanted.

"Mixed Feelings About Kitchen Options"
The pictures seemed good. They had choices for a kitchen, I believe (maybe not in the memory care section?).

"Good Tour, Not the Right Fit"
I have no complaints about the tour I took at this community for my loved one. The staff were on time for our appointment and answered all our questions in detail. They had a nice activity list for the residents and a tasty menu. The property was clean and well-maintained. It just wasn't the right fit for my aunt in the end.

"Lack of Staff Presence at Large Assisted Living Disappoints Visitors"
I thought this place would be better considering how big it is. But during my tour, I didn't see any staff around. I felt worried about that. It doesn't seem like the right place for my loved one, and I wouldn't suggest it.

"Secure, but no outdoor access on second floor"
The only thing I didn't like about Ridgewood is that it was on the second floor, and the residents couldn't go outside. It was secure, and the residents couldn't leave. It just wasn't the right place for my husband.

"Ridgewood's Secure Setting Not Suitable for Us"
My only issue with Ridgewood was that it was on the second floor, and residents couldn't go outside. The place is secure, but it didn't work for my husband.
