"Care Falls Short at Assisted Living Facility"
If you're not independent, I wouldn't recommend this place. They're often short-staffed, and sometimes residents miss activities or meals. The medication schedule is inconsistent, with evening meds given anywhere from 8:00 PM to almost 10:00 PM. Medical follow-up is lacking, and the nursing director doesn't seem to care. Be prepared to take your loved one elsewhere for medical needs. Promised care falls short.

"Not recommended for families due to lackluster care."
When I visited this place, I saw that the staff didn't pay enough attention to my Mom. The building looked nice, but the care wasn't great. They had activities, but residents weren't supported. I wouldn't suggest it to other families.

"Disturbing Experiences Force Family to Withdraw Elderly Relative"
Our time dealing with our elderly relative's stay at Silver Ridge was truly upsetting. While the facility looked good and the welcome staff seemed kind, everything went downhill once our relative settled in. The care provided was awfully lacking due to the unschooled helpers and the stubborn coaches who ignored the importance of fixing their poor teamwork. These negative elements made it clear that our relative was in a risky situation. We're sharing what we experienced firsthand and it hurt our family. The level of lies and hiding of poor work displayed by the leadership was, frankly, astonishing and scary. We had no choice but to take our relative out of there.

""Poor Management, Staff Misconduct, and Lack of Cleanliness at Facility""
This is, without a doubt, the poorest family-run establishment I've stumbled upon. The people who run it appear unprofessional and bothersome. The continually changing supervisors, I've noticed, never take an interest in interacting with the residents. It's as if the staff pretend to care for the residents but in reality, they treat them poorly. It seems like the staff overburden themselves, which results in them taking care of your family members out of resentment. The cleanliness of the establishment is appalling. There appears to be a worrying number of unexplained departures. The higher-ups seem indifferent to the dedicated workers while they regularly hire and fire employees. If that wasn't enough, they don't even drug test and a good chunk of the staff seem to have substance misuse issues. I would caution against recommending this place to anyone. The staff tend to prioritize getting residents to bed just to avoid dealing with them. My strong suggestion is to steer clear of this place and keep your loved ones away.

Silver Ridge is one of the best places I've seen. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms feel like your own apartment, and the food is great.

"Great care and food make SilverRidge a top choice"
My dad recently moved into SilverRidge, and we’re very happy with the care and support he’s receiving. Moving parents from their home to assisted living is always tough. We were hesitant about the food after reading the other review here, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food is tasty, and the dining room service is great. They offer a menu with lots of choices beyond just the daily specials, which we thought was awesome! The place is always clean and smells good. My dad’s room is kept tidy, and the staff is really helpful and seems well-prepared to handle any of his issues, even the tough ones. We definitely recommend SilverRidge to anyone looking for a good place for their loved ones.

"Worst Assisted Living Experience: Breaks Promises, Violates Laws, Serves Undeniabley Poor Food"
We've filed complaints due to their many wrongdoings. The meals they serve here are terrible, even worse than the food we get in school. The glasses they use seem unclean and they blame it on the area's water, but that's not it. Even a couple of the employees warned me not to eat there because it upsets their stomachs. They neglected to distribute prescribed medications and once even administered an unprescribed one. I also noticed patient notes openly displayed on their cart, clearly violating health information privacy laws. I was fooled into thinking it was a cozy, comfortable facility and was in a rush. If only I had tasted the food before, I would have immediately realized my mistake. I could never recommend this place to anyone. I believe I deserved a full refund, but they still made me pay for the days she stayed in the facility. They also retained her security deposit, despite falling short on their commitments, within less than a month of her stay, forcing me to hire outside help to ensure her safety.
