"Immaculate Assisted Living with Spacious Apartments and Respectful Staff"
The facility, about 4 years old, is spotless. The apartments are spacious, and we could choose our room. The staff is generally good but sometimes understaffed, causing delays. It's important to stay proactive until issues are resolved. They treat families well. It's expensive but worth it for the beautiful, homelike environment offered here.

"Family-friendly facility with helpful staff, needs better medication management."
The facility is easy for my loved one to navigate. Staff are friendly and willing to help with anything. It would be better with more oversight on medication timing and starting new prescriptions.

"Great care and improved management at Aviva Woodlands"
They take great care of my mom. Sometimes their communication isn't perfect, but the new management is an improvement. The new director is honest and good at his job. The facility is just as they promised. I would definitely recommend Aviva Woodlands to others.

"Mixed Experience, Overall Satisfied"
We understand the staffing shortage, but sometimes our calls go unanswered, and the response time is slow. However, it doesn’t affect our loved one’s care, and we’re still happy with our decision.

"Frustrating Furniture Experience at The Woodlands Assisted Living"
I think The Woodlands is a good place for families to consider for their loved ones. We did have a problem with the furniture we bought for my family member. The community said they couldn't use the bed we got, so I had to bring in a different one.
