This place has small rooms, needs better cleaning, more staff. Bathrooms dirty. Communication lacking. Saw loved one on stretcher unexpectedly. They try but have too much to handle. Director often absent. Provided mattress and dresser, good cost.

"Chosen for Proximity and Value: Pet-Friendly with Room for Improvement"
We chose Waterford at College View due to its location and affordability, and it's pet friendly. The room sizes are adequate, not overly spacious but functional. However, meal deliveries were disappointing as they arrived cold and lacked seasoning. Assessing the friendliness was difficult due to COVID-19 restrictions preventing indoor visits. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

"Keep Clear of The Waterford: Save Your Trouble"
I truly wish I could rate this place zero stars. This place has just been a total disaster. My advice? Simply keep clear of it. The folks running the place, like the administrators, directors, and the owner, are the ones who really deserve the low score. Take my advice and save yourself the trouble of grief, worry, stress, fear, and anger. Do not let your mom stay at The Waterford.

"Clean and welcoming!"
My visit to the Waterford at College View went smoothly. The facility was pleasant and tidy. The staff member who guided me was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any meals during the tour. Ultimately, I decided against this community because it's too far on the edge of town for my liking.

"Unpleasant First Experience!"
I had planned a visit to this assisted living center and when I got there and rang the doorbell, nobody ever appeared or allowed me in. I waited around for about five minutes and then chose to head out, it felt pretty uncoordinated and my initial reaction of the place was negative.

"Clean, welcoming assisted living; good care despite occasional staff communication issues."
This place was the best one we checked out for my sister, and we're liking it so far. It's really clean and looks nice. I have an issue with the staff regarding my sister having the code to leave the community. I'm uncomfortable with her leaving without supervision, so I need to ensure she stays in the memory care section where she belongs. I'm really impressed with how the staff communicates; they call me about any issues they have with my sister, who can be difficult at times. Since moving here, my sister looks much better and feels like she's improving more. I would recommend this community; it's a nice, clean place.

"Communication From The Staff Is Great!"
This place was the best we checked out for my sister, and so far, we like it. It's a very clean and pleasant-looking community. I have an issue with the staff because my sister has the code to leave the community, and I don't feel comfortable with her going out without someone accompanying her. However, I realize that I need to make sure she's in the memory care part of the facility, which is where she should be. I'm really impressed with the staff's communication—they've called me about any situations they've had with my sister, and she can be difficult to handle at times. Since moving here, my sister looks a lot better, and she feels like she's improving. I would recommend this community; it's a nice, clean place.

"Waterford provides excellent care and support."
My mother stayed at Waterford at College View and received excellent care. When she needed more care after being in the hospital, the CEO, was amazing in helping us make new arrangements. I would recommend all Waterford facilities.

"Friendly and Helpful Assisted Living, Needs Some Maintenance"
My partner said they were super nice and did extra to help. They'd totally suggest them. Just needs a bit of fixing up outside. Overall, really good.

"Clean and maintained with caring staff, but small rooms."
The place is kept clean and looks good. There are many porches and patios where people living there can relax. They have a special keypad for entering and leaving the building, which is good for people who tend to wander. The staff are kind and help both the residents and their families. The only downside I've noticed is that the rooms are quite small. It's hard to fit in personal furniture and decorations. I've only been here for a short time, so I'll wait and see how things go.

Their company recently won Best Employer for small businesses in Lincoln, rated by their employees.

"Waterford Assisted Living: Friendly Staff, Cozy Atmosphere, Flexible Meals"
He was super nice and told me a bunch of stuff I hadn't thought about before our chat. I think the people who work at Waterford are great and would take really good care of my grandpa. Personally, I thought the rooms were a tad small and kinda plain. I'd prefer my grandpa's place to be more cheery. Regarding food, I like that residents can eat whenever they want and pick what they fancy.
