"Avoid This Place: Poor Management and Untrained Staff"
The person running this place and the head manager are really mean and don't know how to talk to people. They mess up the medicine a lot and then say it's the new workers' faults. They never accept that they're wrong. There's not enough communication. The food isn't good. They can't keep workers. There's always someone new who isn't properly trained before being left to work by themselves. They push the health carers too much. Don't let anyone you love go here.

"Nice place, friendly staff, but stuffy atmosphere; not for us."
My sister checked out this place for our mom. She said it looked nice overall. The staff was nice too. But she felt the air was a bit stale. The visit went okay, but it's not what we're looking for.

"Decent Community, Nice Tour, Not Quite Right for Us"
My sister checked out this place for our mom's care. She said the tour went okay. It's a good-looking place, and the staff were friendly. But it felt a bit stuffy there. The tour went fine, but it wasn't the right fit for us.

"Review of The Homely Haven Assisted Living,"
The staff is caring and attentive to residents. The place is clean and feels like home. I'm comfortable with my 94-year-old mother living here. We're fortunate to have her.

"Friendly staff and great experience"
They have very friendly staff who are attentive to residents' needs. It has been a great experience, and I would highly recommend them. The only minor improvement could be a better TV in the sunroom. The current TV is decent-sized, but a high-definition TV might be easier for residents with poor vision to enjoy.
