"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I moved my uncle here because he needed more support. He requires a Hoya lift for transfers and help with almost everything. This place offers the care he needs, with meals delivered to his room. The food is okay, not great, and spills sometimes leave stains despite efforts to clean. Staff check in on him and joke around, which he enjoys. However, turnover seems high, and I don't have a consistent contact person. Compared to his last place, communication feels lacking. The occupational therapist is excellent, though. Overall, he gets good care, but it lacks a personal touch.

"Nice place but needs more activities and better communication"
We chose this community because it was the only place nearby that could meet my loved one's physical needs, and it looked nice during the tour. However, there aren’t many activities, which makes the residents bored a lot. Also, communication between family members and the staff needs to get better.

"Good therapy services, but less personal and sometimes cold care"
We chose this place for my uncle because he needed extra help with moving around. The staff here really knows what they’re doing. We were used to a smaller place where the staff visited the residents more often. This bigger place feels less personal. Still, they have great physical and occupational therapy services. My uncle usually gets his therapy in his room, but it often comes cold and in Styrofoam containers. He needs more help than he usually gets.

"Staff Treat Residents Like Family, Excellent Care Provided"
I would totally recommend this place to a friend, especially because of the staff. They treat my parents like family. My dad had a seizure the first month he was there. Everyone, from the waitstaff to the cleaners to the front desk to the nurses, was fantastic. They handled everything like pros and were so kind to my mom while my dad was in the hospital for a few days. They kept in touch with me every day about my parents. They made sure my mom was okay while she was alone. When my dad came home, the care continued until they were both settled. Choosing Benchmark was the best decision we made.

"Friendly Staff, Short on Help: Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
I didn't stay long enough to form a solid opinion. But I can tell you, it was super clean, the office people were nice, and the folks taking care of everyone were friendly. But they seemed really busy because there weren't enough of them.

The community had a lot of activities every day for the residents. The staff did a great job getting everyone involved. Our loved one was only there for a short time, but we have nothing but good things to say. The staff were always friendly and paid close attention.

"Expensive Care Pricing at Nashua Crossings"
I visited Nashua Crossings, a newer and pleasant community. It felt lively and independent, but I didn't like the extra charges based on care needs. It's pricey.

"Mixed Feelings About Nashua Crossings"
I visited Nashua Crossings and found it to be a pretty new and pleasant place. It looked like a lively community where people could do their own thing. But, I wasn't too happy about the way they charged for care. They had a starting price, and then you'd pay more for extra care. It seemed a bit pricey to me.

"Enjoyable Assisted Living Experience"
We really like our apartment here. It's not exactly like home, but the staff is super helpful. They're always there for us, very friendly, and easy to talk to. Eating in the dining room is nice because they have a good menu, and we get to chat with other folks living here. Plus, there are so many fun things to do, and we love spending time in the courtyard and walking around.

"Tour and Therapy Options"
We visited this community, and the staff answered our care-related questions. We were looking for a place with physical therapy, and the menu looked appealing. The community was pleasant, but it seemed to prioritize social activities over therapy for family members.

"Assisted Living Experience: Not So Great"
I didn't like this place much. They begin with assisted living and then switch to memory care. The people I met were friendly, but they didn't seem to understand my mom's needs during the assessment. It felt like they made all the residents join in activities.

"Seems like a nice place"
I visited this community while exploring care choices for a family member. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the staff I met were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from our family, but it seems like a nice option for those closer by.
