"Poor Communication and Decreased Care Evident in Assisted Living Facility"
This place looks good on the outside, but don't be fooled. I'm not certain what's happening, but I'd never let my loved ones stay here or work here. I've tried multiple times to contact , but they never call back or reply to emails. They're never around to talk to when you try to visit, and their office is always dark. My family member who lives there is constantly unclean and nursing staff are hard to locate. A few months ago, they had wonderful staff who truly cared for the people living there, and their director was always available and answered all questions. Now, it's unpredictable what kind of situation you'll walk into there, and oftentimes it's a circus.

"Care Facility Review"
My dad fell twice while under their care. He broke his hip in the first fall and his femur in the second. They charged for care for the entire, even though he was only there for 4 days. My brother and I take turns staying with our mom, who is still at the facility. The staff turnover is excessive, and they lack experience in handling medication and caring for people with dementia. We're searching for a new place before my dad completes rehab. I recommend looking elsewhere for care. Their claim of specializing in dementia is false, and the recent resignation of the nursing director is a red flag.
