"Staff's Poor Treatment Led Friend to Leave Facility"
Initially, when I went to this place, folks looked welcoming. After several visits though, I noticed some of the staff growing grumpy and treating patients poorly. My buddy doesn't stay there anymore. Probably my comment might not surface unless it's positive, but at least I gave it a shot.

"Neglect and Carelessness at Assisted Living Facility"
I guess it was a great place at a point, but not anymore. It's a shame because it looks lovely from the outside. The folks who work in the kitchen and take care of cleaning are nice, I guess. But, the medical care? It's not good. You can overhear the staff complaining about residents who need extra help when they think no one can hear them. It's really hurtful when they say, "they don't belong here". Just so you know, I'm reviewing the main building, not the Memory Unit. The assistants in the Memory Unit seem to work hard and seem caring. But, one of the Memory Unit residents got out of their secure building this year! Thank God someone found him in the parking lot before anything bad happened! They must have reported this to the authorities, so you can look it up.
