"Summit by Morrison Reneges on Agreed Changes"

We talked with the Head of Resident Services and Marketing many times about the changes we would need to make to move into Summit by Morrison. They told us numerous times they could make these changes. Trusting their word, we told our current facility we were moving. When we were about to sign the lease, we asked for our agreed-upon changes. After waiting for weeks, they told us those changes weren't possible anymore. If we had known this from the start, we would have stayed put.
