"Mixed Feelings About The Residence at Silver Square"
We visited The Residence at Silver Square. It wasn't suitable for Mom. They emphasized the dining but Mom needs puréed food. The place is big and pricey.

"Assisted Living: Unclear Care, Improved by Hospice Help"
My family member stayed there briefly. The place should really make sure you know what help they can give or not give right from the start, especially for what your family member needs. They could explain their services better. In general, it wasn’t too good until the hospice people came to give extra care. The workers did a nicer job when the hospice was there.

"Positive Cleanliness, Communication Challenges at The Residence"
We really like how clean and new The Residence is. It’s just the right size for our loved one—not too small and not too large. However, communication and coordination with medical providers can be challenging. Sometimes it feels chaotic, and it’s unclear who’s in charge. Despite this, our overall experience has been positive, and we’d recommend it to other families.

"Assisted Living Facility: Welcoming Environment, Encouraging Activity Participation"
The assisted living facility felt welcoming and homey to our family. Although our loved one doesn't always join activities, staff encourage her well.
