"Lively and Friendly Assisted Living"
We enjoyed the lively atmosphere, but sharing a room was a drawback. Overall, a cheerful and friendly place.

"Mixed Review: Unmet Promises Overshadow Partial Satisfaction at Assisted Living"
We weren't satisfied with All American Assisted Living. It felt like they had made promises they couldn't keep. Our overall experience was disappointing. They broke their word. They told us that would receive physical therapy, but it didn't happen. Some workers were openly unpleasant to our loved ones. We were clear on what needed in our initial interview, but they disregarded it completely. We requested that someone assist her at around 10 AM, help her use the bathroom and get ready for the day. That too never occurred. The food they provided was just okay, nothing impressive. Sadly, my loved ones weren't capable of joining in the activities. Although, they understood that they had the opportunity to join if they could. The costs we were originally quoted turned out to be off. Extra charges started piling up on their bill, rendering them unable to afford the monthly $11,000 to $12,000 asked by All American Assisted Living. While 's current senior living is more affordable, All American's extra costs for being a 'level four' patient seemed unfair. They already knew her conditions when we first started, but that didn't seem to matter. To sum up, it's hard to make a final verdict. There were numerous negative aspects we felt were unjust, but there were also parts we couldn't solely blame on the facility.

"Friendly Staff, but Care Coordination Lacking"
The people working here are really nice, and they have some fun things for the residents to do. They make sure everyone feels included. But when it comes to talking about my mom’s care, I don’t really know who to go to with my questions. They have activities, but not as many as they do in the assisted living part. They clean the rooms and do laundry, but I’m not sure how often they do it. The place is neat and tidy. Right now, I wouldn’t tell people to choose this place because it costs a lot compared to other spots nearby.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place couldn't keep COVID out and the food wasn't great. It's pricey for what you get. Communication was a mess, and they weren't organized. Not good if your loved one needs a lot of help. They should've known if they couldn't handle it. Okay for folks who don't need much help, but not if they do.

"Limited Activities and Snacks, but Comfortable Environment"
My family hasn't been able to visit Grandma since March because of COVID. We know they have bingo and arts and crafts, but we think they should add more stuff for Grandma to do. Also, it would be nice if they had a better way of giving out snacks because sometimes there aren't enough.

"Staffing and Communication Issues Plague All American Assisted Living"
The All American community used to be well maintained with caring and friendly staff, but now there are only a few friendly staff members. The staff cuts have affected the promised services, leaving residents underserved. Although the workers seem to care, they don't have enough time to properly attend to the residents. Before COVID, there were activities like bingo, scrabble, and bowling, as well as entertainment groups during holidays. The facility is neat but slightly awkward, with two residents sharing one bathroom per suite. However, communication with the community is terrible, leaving families uninformed about their loved ones' well-being.

"Top-notch care, clean, and friendly staff—5-star recommendation!"
I have two friends at All American Assisted Living and have visited around 30 times. This place is the best I’ve seen. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The place is always clean and offers activities all day. They also have a nurse on staff and an activities program. The food is excellent, tasty, and served by friendly staff. If you or a family member need this type of care, visit and see for yourself. I think it deserves a 5-star rating.

"Nice Place, High Fees, Limited Wheelchair Access"
Most rooms here are for two people. Only a few rooms can fit wheelchairs. The community fee is high at $4,000. It's pretty and looks like a hotel. I like that physical and occupational therapy are included and encouraged. Care fees are low, but room and board fees are high.
