"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The staff is really nice and helpful. The place is kept clean and looks good. There are nice outdoor areas. Sometimes they don't explain things well about how much care costs and what they do. My uncle seems bored a lot, and I see many empty activity rooms.

"Basic Needs Met, Personal Preference Key at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury"
I think Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury was okay when we visited. They met our basic needs. After that, it was just about what our loved one prefers.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Not Right for Loved One"
Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury seemed nice, but not for us. They said they're like a fancy hotel with medical care in the back. We wanted more medical focus and less fancy stuff. Also, the person giving the tour was a bit mean about other places we were considering. It felt like they thought they were better than everyone else, which wasn't cool. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right place for my loved one to do well.

"Arbor Terrace: Cozy but Not Quite Right"
We took the virtual tour at Arbor Terrace. It seemed a bit cramped, and my dad prefers more open space. The location is near a busy road, which was a tad inconvenient for us.

"Beautiful facility with communication and staffing concerns."
I'm not happy with the head nurse. They waited until late afternoon to tell us that our loved one didn't get their meds. Luckily, I reached a friend who could provide replacement medications. The aides are great, but the community doesn't have enough staff to respond quickly to residents' call buttons. Sometimes I have to call the nurses myself to help my loved one. What if there's an emergency? I hope this changes. On the bright side, the place is beautiful!

"Friendly staff, clean place, great food, and lots of activities"
The staff here are really nice. The place is very clean. The food is excellent, and my loved one enjoys it a lot. They offer many activities for the residents now that Covid is less of a concern. I would definitely suggest this place to others.

"Wonderful Care and Staff Make Arbor Terrace a Great Choice"
Our family's experience at Arbor Terrace has been fantastic. The people who hire the staff have done a great job. A few months ago, we needed to find assisted living for our mom because she had some bone problems and short-term memory issues. Shannon, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The director, the nursing staff, and the operations team have all been excellent. The receptionist is a real gem, too. It took some time for our mom to get used to living there, but she feels at home now. She has made friends, which is really important. We’ve also adjusted well and like visiting her whenever we want.

"Clean and caring community with great staff; wife enjoys activities."
So far everything seems good to me. I don't really talk to my wife much, but the place is clean and they keep her room neat. The staff is really nice and they make sure my wife is doing well. I like that they have things for her to do here.

"Kensington Assisted Living Review"
I looked into different places. The people at Kensington were really kind, supportive, and understanding. They made it less stressful when my mom moved there. The place has everything you’d need for a parent, and more importantly, the staff treated my mom with kindness, smiles, and care.

"Overall, Decent Assisted Living Experience"
The food is decent, with choices available. Staffing is insufficient; they need at least two more people. Response time often exceeds the promised seven minutes. Some concerns about aides leaving residents alone. Nursing staff lacks effectiveness. Communication needs improvement. Overall, I'm fairly pleased—the atmosphere is great, with plenty to do, and the place is nice.

"A Pleasant Place, but Too Big for Mom"
We visited this place while exploring options for Mom. The tour was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, the atmosphere didn't suit Mom—it was too large, making it uncomfortable for her to move around and participate in activities.
