"Atria: A Warm and Welcoming Choice for Our Loved One"
We decided to check out Atria because my kids and I had been there during the holidays when they were in scouts. The place was always beautifully maintained, and the residents seemed happy and well taken care of. The staff has been wonderful and understanding since our first visit. When we had an issue with our loved one's rehab facility, the admissions staff at Atria helped us transfer to their facility. The transition was smooth, and we're very pleased with our choice.

"“Clean, Helpful Assisted Living with Tasty Meals”"
The meals are good, the facility is clean, and the management staff is helpful. Communication can be tricky on weekends and holidays, but overall, I’d recommend this place to others.

"Poor Staff and Poor Care at Atria Assisted Living Facility"
Be careful - I wouldn't recommend putting your loved one in their care! When my mom first entered Atria, I felt safe knowing she was there. But three years down the line, all the managers were swapped out. Many nurses and workers left too, replaced by new hires who were unqualified, uncaring, and unfriendly. Atria had a lot of issues, from dirty rooms and poor laundry services to items being stolen. Because the nurses didn't look after my mom right, she ended up in the hospital and then in rehab. Atria's failure to take good care of my mom made her recovery tougher. I even spoke to the bosses about this terrible situation, but they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoings. Not even an apology. When my mom was finally discharged, I moved her out of Atria right away.

"Mixed Experience with Atria Cranford Assisted Living"
My loved one lives at Atria Cranford and everything's been good. Staff are caring and call me for updates. They go out weekly. More activities like dinners and movies would be nice. But overall it's good. I'd recommend it.

"Mixed Experience at Atria Cranford"
My loved one stayed at Atria Cranford. The staff was great, but the first person I talked to was rude. Communication wasn't great, and I didn't like the nurse who evaluated my loved one. The fees were very high for someone staying in their room. I'm unsure if I'd recommend this facility—it depends on the care needed. Also, I disliked the scale they used, and they should consider accepting insurance.

"Stay Clear: Abysmal Care at Atria"
The staff barely know what they're doing. At one point, I walked into an administrator's office while she was busy doing her nails. They really don't understand how to effectively communicate with their residents; their manner is quite condescending. The nursing staff is equally disappointing. I found myself having to physically go into their offices to highlight that my mom was at risk of falling and required extra assistance. Moreover, every time they stepped in to help, the bill just kept getting more expensive. I strongly suggest avoiding Atria.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I visited this place a few times, and my Mom will move in soon. They've been really nice about my worries. It's a big place, but the staff knows what Mom needs. They offer activities every day, and it looks really clean. Mom hasn't moved in yet, so this is just my first thought.

"Friendly Staff and Activities, but Not Ideal Location"
I visited this community and everything went smoothly. The staff were punctual and answered all my questions thoroughly. They had a good activity program and menu for residents. Ultimately, it wasn't the right location for me, but I'd recommend it to others.

"Mom's New Home Needs Food Upgrade, Otherwise Satisfactory Experience"
My mom just moved into this place, and things are okay so far. Getting used to it was a bit hard at first, but it's getting better. We got a private aide recently, and they've been great. We don't have to pay extra for personal help from Atria since the aide is taking care of my mom. Mom says the food could be better here. She likes playing bingo and chilling on the patio, though.

"Pricey, But Upfront About It"
I chatted with the folks at the assisted living place about how much it would cost, and wow, it was a lot of money. Once I found out the price, I decided not to check out the place any further. It saved me time since I didn’t have to walk around the community, and I appreciated them telling me the cost right away.

The staff were punctual for our appointment at the community and warmly greeted my loved one and me when we arrived. They provided a thorough tour of their facility, showing us all the different bedrooms and packages they offer. Overall, our visit was mostly positive, but unfortunately, it wasn't suitable for my uncle.

"I'd Recommend!"
My mom hasn't been at the community for long because she had to go to the hospital briefly. But since she came back, things have been going well. The staff is friendly and keeps me updated on her progress. Even though my mom isn't super social, there are plenty of activities for her to enjoy. We had a nice lunch together when she moved in, and we both agree that the food is good. The grounds and community are clean and beautiful. Overall, I haven't seen anything that would stop me from recommending Atria Cranford to family and friends.

Things are going pretty well. We are a bit worried about money. This facility is great, but we're concerned because they don't accept Medicaid. In the future, we might need to find a place that does.

"High Costs, Nice Facility, Good Food: Atria Cranford Review"
This place is pretty good. Atria Cranford is nice. They try their best. It's pricey, though. They should lower the cost. Parking's okay. Food's great, say folks. I'd recommend it. Can't rate activities. Not sure about that.

"Atria in Cranford, NJ: Caring, Fun, and Supportive for Residents"
Atria in Cranford, NJ is a great place that really cares about its residents and makes sure their needs are met. There’s always something going on like music, exercise classes, bingo, and billiards! The staff are kind and go out of their way to help residents adjust and thrive. Doctors visit Atria, which makes it easier for residents to get the medical care they need. Residents can also learn how to use computers, and a pastor visits to share the Bible with anyone who’s interested. There are different clubs where residents can meet people with similar interests, and transportation is provided for shopping trips and other outings. It’s been wonderful to see my loved ones adjusting so well to living here!

"Facility Nice, But Short Staffed, Loved One Struggled to Settle"
My family member stayed here briefly, but she never felt comfortable. The building was nice and clean, and the workers were friendly. They had lots of activities. But sometimes, it was hard to find someone to help you because they didn't seem to have enough staff around.

"Convenient Location with Room for Improvement"
This place was really handy for us, which was a big reason why we picked it. The staff and care were good, but they could step up their game with activities. I know a lot about these places around here, and this one is on the pricier side.

"Unmet Expectations: A Mixed Experience at Atria Assisted Living"
We chose Atria for its cleanliness, affordability, and assurances on Medicaid. However, Mom's adjustment has been tough. Despite her sociability, she's struggling without proper support. The facility lacks proactive integration assistance, and despite reporting pests, medication changes were not communicated promptly. While beautiful and bustling, individual patient care falls short.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
I met Susan Hickey on July 24th. This place is okay if we need to bring Mom, but the unattractive grounds might be a drawback for her. Mom would probably prefer a younger, healthier crowd. .
