"Arbor Terrace: A Happy Choice with Staff Turnover"
While researching places for our family member, Arbor Terrace appeared to be the perfect choice—and it truly is! My aunt is thrilled there. However, they do experience frequent staff changes.

"Kind staff, lacks attention to detail."
The workers are nice, but sometimes they're not careful enough.

"Stay Involved for Best Results"
I would suggest them, but make sure you stay in touch with the staff to ensure things are on track. If they promise something, check to see if it's done.

"Family Tour Experience Pleasant but Facility Not Ideal for Loved One"
Our family visited Arbor Terrace Norwood in person for a tour. The tour was pleasant, but overall, we didn't feel the community was the right fit for our loved one.

"Top Director, Great Staff at Clean Facility"
My husband lives here. The place has some issues as it grows, but the executive director is really good and solves problems quickly. The medical staff is mostly very professional and does a wonderful job. The girls who help my husband with showers and dressing are also great. The place is very clean, and the girls at the front desk are really nice.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The folks running the place are pretty good, but how nice the workers are can change a lot. The main nurse isn’t super friendly – she doesn’t make you feel all warm inside. They’ve had some changes in who owns the place, so they’re having a bit of trouble talking to each other right. That means they might not be judging things the best way right now. It’s not as smooth as we’d like, but we’re okay with our family being there. It’s really clean and tidy, and the lady at the front desk is awesome. She does a lot to make us feel like we belong.

"Friendly community with some initial disorganization, but caring staff"
The community is very friendly. It looks beautiful and clean. They can be a bit disorganized, but the staff really cares about the residents. You need to keep an eye on them or train them, but once they get to know the new residents, they are great. At first, it can be a bit challenging, so you need to be watchful.

"Beautiful place with friendly staff and delicious menu!"
What a beautiful place! It feels more like a luxury hotel than a living space. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. I love that each resident has their own mailbox. The menu looks delicious!
