"Facility with Potential Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Food Quality"
The staff is really friendly. They let you have pets and smoke outside. I heard they're supposed to be doing lots of upgrades, but I haven't seen much happening. The place isn't very clean, which needs to change. Also, my mom isn't happy with the food.

" Modern, Affordable Assisted Living"
I chose Bella Terra for a few reasons. It's a modern place with up-to-date facilities. The room they were going to give my dad was brand new, and it's only 15 minutes from my home. Plus, it's affordable since he's currently in assisted living without extra care.

I'd suggest it to others. Overall, it's a decent place. My issue is with the administration—they don't communicate well with residents or explain price increases. My mom's rent went up without warning or a good reason. We chose Bella Terra because of the cost.

I would urge everybody not to go to Bella Terra by Monarch. It let us down in every way possible. I wouldn't suggest anyone to use this facility.

"Good overall, but more outings needed"
The room is really clean and my mother-in-law's caregiver is great. Her room is very nice. Once we got settled in, it's been a really good experience. I would recommend it. The disappointing thing is that some promises weren't kept, like the grief therapy group. They need to have more outings. We thought there would be more outings for my mother-in-law to enjoy. There are very few outings, and sometimes she's the only resident that goes out. I think they could do better at encouraging residents to join in.

The people who work here are really nice. I think Bella Terra is a good place to live. They make sure the residents have lots of things to do, like going to the gym, swimming in the pool, and doing different activities every day.

"Nice Apartments and Friendly Neighbors, Limited Activities During Lockdown"
I chose Bella Terra because I liked what they said they offered and the layouts of the apartments. A new company took over in February, so I'm curious to see what changes they will make. We're still in lockdown, so the only activities are bingo and Jeopardy. The residents here are wonderful, and you don't feel like you have to keep your door locked all the time. Overall, I would recommend it to others who are looking.

"Inconsistent communication, not recommended without thorough research beforehand."
Before choosing this assisted living community, make sure it's right for you. The staff needs to communicate better with families. They don't return calls quickly, and I want more information and updates. Right now, I wouldn't suggest this place.
