"Friendly Staff, Needs Better Problem-Solving"
The place is super clean when the day team is working. But if something goes wrong after they go home, it might not get fixed until the next day unless it’s really important. The people who work here and live here are nice—they know everyone’s name and use it. But some of the servers in the eating area don’t really pay attention to what we need. It’s awesome not having to cook my own food. The meals are great and there’s a lot to choose from. The folks who plan the fun stuff we do are doing a good job, but I wish there were more different things to do. Would I tell someone to move to Brighton Gardens of Mountainside? I’d say yes, but I have a few doubts. Sometimes, the small problems we have with other people living here or with the staff don’t get looked at fast enough, or they’re ignored. These problems aren’t dangerous or anything. They just make it less friendly around here.

"Staff Excellence Shines at Brighton Gardens of Mountainside"
My family member feels the meal and dining service at Brighton Gardens of Mountainside have too long waits and sometimes wrong orders. They think the food quality needs to get better. However, what they really appreciate are the staff members. They are patient and helpful with all the residents, which makes a big difference.

"Good Facility Despite Food Concerns"
It was really pricey, but it seemed like the best one we saw. My mom stayed in the memory care part, which is always harder. The food didn't look that great. Overall, it was nice and the staff were really good. Sadly, my mom passed away a few months after coming here, but I thought the staff were really great.

"Mixed Impressions"
Our family visited in person, and the amenities were great. The rooms were spacious, but no kitchens. It was pricier. .
