"Lack of compassion and care in dementia facility!"
Really unhappy and let down! I could rant forever but to keep it short, this place gave my dad and our family no kindness or attention. They say they can assist and comfort those with dementia but they honestly can't and they have no sympathy for the patients or their families!

"Limited Freedom and Wait Times"
My Aunt isn't enjoying her time there. She thinks they restrict her too much, not letting her go out or do things on her own. She's frustrated having to wait for escorts whenever she wants to go anywhere. We might consider a different place come spring.

"Friendly aides, good food, private rooms; accessibility could improve."
The aides in the memory care unit are friendly and caring. The food is good, rooms are private and nice with private bathrooms. Most staff recognize me when I visit, but nurses and directors can be hard to reach.

"High Costs"
We visited this community for a tour. It’s lovely, with friendly staff and a beautiful facility. However, the price range is too high compared to similar places.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
The person who gave us a tour was really friendly, and the community seemed pleasant. The staff were nice, too. However, the large communal table outside the rooms might have been confusing for our loved one. Overall, it wasn’t the right fit for us, but still a nice place.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom seems more capable than most residents, which makes her feel down. There aren't many interesting people to befriend. The dining room groups are tough to join. The rooms are too small for the price. The staff is friendly, and the decor is nice. The food is okay, but disappointing considering they have a chef. She's only been here for 13 days, hoping things get better.

"Nice Place, Felt More Like a Hotel"
This place was really nice and super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere wasn't exactly what we wanted. Though. It felt more like a fancy hotel than a community. It's a really nice place, just not quite what we were looking for.
