"Not enough stimulation for our active loved one."
We visited in person, and the staff were kind and caring. But we didn't see much activity for our active loved one.

"Disappointing Facility Needs Improvement"
Art was great. Place was dim, old. Rooms tiny. Bad location.

"Clean but neglectful; poor communication and care."
My Aunt's care lacks attention despite clean facility. Communication lacking.

"Great Place for the Right Person"
We had a good tour of this place. It looks nice and well taken care of. The staff we met were friendly and gave us a lot of information. They answered all our questions, and it was a good visit. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide the type of care my mom needed. It’s a nice community for the right person.

"Fall After Fall: Canterbury Village’s Poor Care Unacceptable"
I was really unhappy with how my family member was treated at Canterbury Village. There were lots of moments when aid wasn't there for them and they fell and got injured. This place needs staff that's ready to help the people living there. It's okay to make mistakes, but it's not okay for multiple falls to happen too often.

"Nice place, but location mattered"
It was very nice and everything, but the location was the main reason for our decision. Another place was just more convenient. It was very clean, and the man was very nice.

This assisted living place looks like a fancy old-fashioned house. The care they give is good, and they help people switch to Medicaid smoothly. They promise to make sure things go right.
